Booking policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a valid credit card guarantee.
- Guests must provide accurate personal information during the booking process.
Payment Terms
- Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking, as specified during the reservation process.
- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods listed on our website.
- Any additional charges incurred during the stay (e.g., dining, activities) must be settled upon checkout.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Flexible Bookings: Cancellations made 5 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: No refunds are available for cancellations.
- In case of no-shows or early departures, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 2 Pm Check-out time: 12 Pm.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must respect the villa’s property, facilities, and other guests.
- Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas. Designated smoking zones are available.
- Pets are not allowed unless explicitly mentioned in your booking confirmation.
- Any damages caused by the guest will be charged to the provided payment method.
Liability
- The villa is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety during activities such as water sports or excursions.
Privacy Policy
- Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for reservation purposes and villa-related communications.
- We do not share guest information with third parties without consent.
Force Majeure
- The villa is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.
Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Maldives. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Maldivian courts.
