A Night of Japanese Flavours & Creative Cocktails

The season begins with a special six-course dinner inspired by the flavours of Japan and Peru. Discover a menu featuring yellowfin tuna tartare, robata-grilled octopus, butter-poached lobster and slow-braised beef short rib, finished with a refreshing citrus dessert.
Adding to the evening is award-winning Japanese bartender Norihiko Furuse, who will create cocktails using Japanese spirits, seasonal fruits, local herbs and botanical ingredients.
Bring on the Oktoberfest Spirit
3 October 2026
Kuredhivaru’s Oktoberfest brings a taste of Bavaria to the Maldives. Guests can enjoy German favourites including roast pork knuckle, beef goulash, sausages and freshly baked pretzels, with classic desserts such as apple strudel and Black Forest cake to finish.
Live music and games will keep the evening lively, making it a fun occasion to enjoy with family and friends.
Halloween Takes Over the Island
30 to 31 October 2026
Halloween brings two days of fun for the whole family. Younger guests can get creative with costumes, Kids Club activities and the Rising Star Halloween Fashion Show, while families can enjoy pumpkin carving, themed games, creative workshops and plenty of treats.
As evening falls, Halloween-inspired dining, live music and entertainment add to the island atmosphere.

The Best Culinary Resort 2026 award recognises the variety and care behind Kuredhivaru’s dining experiences. Guests can explore different cuisines and settings across the resort, from fresh seafood and Japanese-inspired dishes to international favourites, wine pairings and destination dining.
With a focus on quality ingredients and considered menus, each dining experience brings its own character while making food an important part of the island stay.
Best Beach Villa Resort 2026
The Best Beach Villa Resort 2026 recognition reflects Kuredhivaru’s approach to private beachfront living. Set along the white-sand shores of Noonu Atoll, the resort’s beach villas offer private pools, direct beach access and views across the Indian Ocean.
